Technical Team Leader/ Project Manager with German

• Build and Lead a team – you will have an opportunity to build your team to enhance our technological capability 
• Software development and maintenance
• Defining strategy and direction of technology expansion

• Taking active part of searching and onboarding a new team members
• Working on client projects and own products (Design, develop, and maintain own products) 
• Hands-on software development.  Web application development in one of following languages: JavaScript/Java/HTML/React/Angular
• Coordination of new functionality delivery (planning new features development, delivery planning, risk management)
• Responsible for team commitment (the scope, timeline and quality)
• Communication with stakeholders; creating good relationship with project representatives
• Problems solving in the team: from planning and development to production
• Setup and constant analyzing product metrics (efficiency, weak spots, complexity)

• 3 + years of experience in a similar position in the Financial Services sector (experience in team management)
• Strong technical background (experience as developer, QA in automation or any similar roles)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to challenge existed environment and implement changes
• Ability to quickly respond to any changes
• German: Advanced (C1)  
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher
