Position Overview:
For one of our partners, we are seeking a Solution Engineer CRM platforms (MS Dynamics) who will be responsible for Strong experience as a Solution Consultant / Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.
Solution Engineer CRM platforms (MS Dynamics, etc.)
We are seeking experienced senior-level Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultants to join an international implementation project for a global client in the automotive industry. The team will be responsible for delivering and implementing functionalities related to Dealer Performance Management, based on the Sales module and selected marketing components of the Dynamics 365 platform. Knowledge of service modules (Customer Service, Field Service) is also required, as further development in this area is possible.
This is a functional role – development experience is not required but would be an asset. Consultants will work closely with business stakeholders and client-side project teams, being responsible for process analysis, system configuration, conducting workshops, and supporting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and map them to Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities (Sales module and selected marketing components).
Design and recommend solutions supporting Dealer Performance Management processes.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations with business users.
Configure the system and prepare functional and process documentation.
Support UAT execution and solution rollout.
Provide advisory on best practices and development opportunities within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
Requirements:
Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Solution Consultant / Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong knowledge of the Sales and Customer Service modules, as well as other functionalities within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
Experience in implementation projects involving configuration and optimization of business processes.
Broad understanding of CRM systems and their integration with other applications.
Ability to conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into system solutions.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
