Position Overview:

For one of our partners, we are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager who will be responsible for Agile, Safe, Cloud Brief Summary. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.

Mandatory Skills: Agile Methodologies, SCM/PSM, SAFe Agile, Cloud Expertise

Skills Required:

·         Experience: 5+ years in technical delivery roles, with a track record of leading cross-functional squads to deliver measurable business outcomes in agile environments.

·         Agile Mastery: Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or SAFe practitioner; proven ability to coach teams, refine ceremonies, and implement agile at scale.

·         Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

·         Familiarity with system integration, legacy modernization, and cybersecurity best practices.Leadership: Adept at motivating remote, multidisciplinary teams across cultures and time zones while fostering accountability and trust.

·         Business Acumen: Ability to align technical execution with commercial goals, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
