Position Overview:
Job Title: PMO Analyst / PMO Coordinator
Location: - Poland Krakow
Work Mode: Hybrid 2-3 Days in a week
Experience of around 5 to 7 years
Role Overview:
The PMO Analyst will support project governance and delivery by providing reporting, coordination, and financial management services. This role ensures adherence to organizational standards, facilitates communication across stakeholders, and maintains key project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
Track KPIs and provide insights for decision-making.
Coordination:
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
Ensure timely follow-up on action items and dependencies.
Presentation Development:
Create professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews and stakeholder updates.
Visualize data and project progress effectively.
Financial Management:
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
Support cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
Risk & Issue Management:
Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
Collaborate with project teams to develop remediation plans and track resolution.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, and processes.
Support audits and compliance checks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of financial tracking and cost management.
Experience in maintaining RAID logs and risk management frameworks.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
3–6 years in PMO or project coordination roles.
Exposure to large-scale programs or multi-project environments.
