Position Overview:
For one of our partners, we are seeking a L2 Senior Operations Engineer who will be responsible for At least 5-8 years of experience in cloud-based environments with extensive knowledge in operations. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, providing high-quality support to customers, users, and systems.
Escalate requests and continuously update support documentation.
Develop and implement strategies for rapid problem resolution (incident management) and change management processes.
Conduct root cause analyses, implement quick workarounds, and take proactive measures.
Ensure adherence to defined SLAs/SLOs.
Requirements
At least 5-8 years of experience in cloud-based environments with extensive knowledge in operations.
Certified: AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator higher.
Proficiency in Linux, OS administration, networking, databases, virtual machines, containerized applications, and API-based applications.
Experience with MS Azure, including App Services, App Gateways, Key Vaults, Functions, PostgreSQL databases, VNETs, Log Analytics, and App Insights. Preferred: Microsoft
Knowledge of ITIL and experience in managing service management and executing surrounding processes.
Skills in proactive monitoring, incident response, and technical documentation.
Implementation of proactive monitoring techniques, incident response, and creation of technical runbooks.
Experience with Azure Native Monitoring Tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, AppInsights, LogAnalytics, Dashboards, Grafana, Zabbix).
Ability to write SQL/Postgres queries for data and problem analysis.
Previous experience working with medical device software
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills in a global setting.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
