Position Overview:

For one of our partners, we are seeking a L2 Senior Operations Engineer who will be responsible for At least 5-8 years of experience in cloud-based environments with extensive knowledge in operations. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, providing high-quality support to customers, users, and systems.

  • Escalate requests and continuously update support documentation.

  • Develop and implement strategies for rapid problem resolution (incident management) and change management processes.

  • Conduct root cause analyses, implement quick workarounds, and take proactive measures.

  • Ensure adherence to defined SLAs/SLOs.

 

 

Requirements

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in cloud-based environments with extensive knowledge in operations.

  • Certified: AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator higher.

  • Proficiency in Linux, OS administration, networking, databases, virtual machines, containerized applications, and API-based applications.

  • Experience with MS Azure, including App Services, App Gateways, Key Vaults, Functions, PostgreSQL databases, VNETs, Log Analytics, and App Insights. Preferred: Microsoft 

  • Knowledge of ITIL and experience in managing service management and executing surrounding processes.

  • Skills in proactive monitoring, incident response, and technical documentation.

  • Implementation of proactive monitoring techniques, incident response, and creation of technical runbooks.

  • Experience with Azure Native Monitoring Tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, AppInsights, LogAnalytics, Dashboards, Grafana, Zabbix).

  • Ability to write SQL/Postgres queries for data and problem analysis.

  • Previous experience working with medical device software

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills in a global setting.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
