Role Description:Act as a lead for support function, act on tickets, support user with any issue, provide regular updates for critical issues, guide team at offshore with day to day issue resolutionFacilitate cross-functional teams such as legacy application support team; MES support team, Business SME’S and other support teamsProvide RCA for critical issues and work on long term fixesLiaise with other plant floor IT support systems such as network, infrastructure and servers – Ensure issues related to MES are properly handledProvide fixes for recurring issues using Problem Management

Experience (Years):8-10

Essential Skills:• 6-10 years of experience in software development, preferably in manufacturing IT.• 3 - 6 years of experience with Apriso MES.• Programming skills: Java, C#, SQL.• Database management: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.• Experience with agile development methodologies.• Manufacturing operation management skills.• Integration experience with Plant control tools like DCS, SCADA, OPC, PLC, Historian and other third-party libraries.• Hands-on experience on Process Builder, Machine Integration and Business Integration.• Well versed with deployment and release management processes through GPM• Familiar with source control/versioning concepts and creating scripts for database objects• Well versed with SDLC methodologies Industry domain experience, preferably in Automotive/Tier 1 Auto manufacturing. Technical skills (.Net, MVC, .Net development/Portal Studio) Client facing and team handling Must have built mapping for ERP integration and OPC integration Project lead experience Experience with Migration of Data from legacy MES to new MES 

Desirable Skills: Industry domain experience, preferably in Automotive/Tier 1 Auto manufacturing. Technical skills (.Net, MVC, .Net development/Portal Studio) Client facing and team handling Must have built mapping for ERP integration and OPC integration Project lead experience Experience with Migration of Data from legacy MES to new MES
