Position Overview:

Development in Microsoft SQL Server BI stack (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, PBI)

Development of Power BI semantic models

Design and development of front-ends with Power BI

Understanding of various data structures – MS SQL Server, Tabular

ETL development – good knowledge of designing and developing high-performing ETL packages in SSIS, ADF

Programming languages: T-SQL, DAX

Excellent communication skills in English

High analytical skills

Strong task management skills

Problem-solving approach

Proactive attitude

Extras – good to have:

Knowledge of these services: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark or Python

Knowledge of the versioning patterns in Team Foundation Server will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Optimize existing flows

Support in building the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources

Work closely with data analysts to provide required data structures

Keep the data secure across the end-to-end solutions

Evaluate and improve existing data analytics solutions

Collaborate with teams to integrate systems

Development and tuning of SQL Server tabular models in SSAS

Design and development of various data structures (Star schema, data vault, multidimensional, tabular) – MS SQL Server, MS SQL Server Analysis Services, Tabular
