You’ll join as an early member of our engineering team, with the opportunity to own major features and shape the culture of our tech organization. Your work will directly impact how companies make high-quality hiring decisions, leveraging the latest advancements in AI and integrations.
With AI as the centerpiece of our strategy, we’re evolving from reactive tools to proactive AI-driven solutions that guide hiring teams with data-rich insights.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across the stack—including backend APIs, frontend UIs, and database models—that power Hireguide’s AI-driven interview experience
Collaborate on the full stack development of interview management features and AI-driven services, including intelligent question authoring and actionable insights for hiring teams.
Improve system performance and scalability while balancing product velocity, UX, and long-term technical health as our user and data footprint grows
Your Qualifications
5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on full stack development using Node.js, and React
Extensive experience integrating with third-party systems, including deep knowledge of machine-to-machine authentication (e.g. OAuth 2.0 client credentials flow, API tokens, service accounts)
Deep experience designing, building, and scaling end-to-end systems—from frontend interfaces to backend APIs and data models
Strong ability to learn new technologies and be productive in unfamiliar domains
Previously worked at a startup
Bonus points for experience with PrismaORM, ExpressJS, and LangGraph
