AI Trainer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled AI Trainer to lead internal training initiatives for our technical teams, including programmers and business analysts. Great opportunity to combine your AI knowledge with a mission to empower others through education and hands-on training. If you’re passionate about AI and eager to share your expertise, this role is a perfect fit. 

No formal teaching experience is required, but a strong desire to share knowledge and the ability to teach others are essential!

 What will you do?

• Adapt and utilize existing third-party training materials to develop tailored training sessions for internal employees, focusing on a broad range of AI skills.
• Deliver training sessions based on our established curriculum, ensuring employees understand key concepts and techniques in AI and machine learning.
• Organize assessment sessions to evaluate employees’ skills and knowledge after training, providing scores and feedback to guide their development.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and technical requirements.
• Support employees in their learning journey by offering guidance, mentorship and resources to enhance their understanding of AI concepts.
• Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages questions and collaborative problem-solving among employees.

 What do we require from you?

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in AI/ML algorithms, techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering and model validation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with MLOps practices and familiarity with frameworks such as Amazon SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, or Kubeflow for managing machine learning pipelines, model deployment, and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping others grow, with strong soft skills for delivering clear and effective training.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms and engage learners with diverse technical backgrounds.
• No formal teaching experience required, but a strong desire to share knowledge and train others is essential.
• Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
