You’ll be joining the Wicket CDP team. Wicket is a customer data platform built for sports  and D2C industries — helping them move beyond raw data to actually understand and engage their fans.We embrace AI as a core part of how we work - we use it to move faster, build smarter, and eliminate unnecessary manual work. You should be comfortable using AI at work and eager to automate and accelerate as much of your work as possible.

What you’ll be working with

Core

• React ecosystem — hooks, context, performance optimization, state management

• TypeScript, HTML, CSS

• Tailwind CSS

• Strong understanding of the modern web ecosystem

  
  

Tooling & workflow

• Monorepo (Turborepo / Nx)

• ESLint, Prettier, Husky

• Git — Gitflow, conventional commits

• CI/CD, Netlify, AWS basics

  
  

Testing

• Unit and integration testing

  
  

Nice to have

• Next.js

• React Native (Expo)

• Angular — ability to read and make basic changes in an existing codebase

• Experience with CDP, marketing automation, or analytics dashboards

• Backend familiarity: Python, PostgreSQL, AWS

  
  

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of commercial React experience

• Confident using AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) as part of your daily workflow

• Ability to make independent technical decisions and own the implementation end-to-end

• Ownership mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Strong communication skills — comfortable working directly with product owners and business stakeholders

What is our usual recruitment process?

• You send your application.

• After initial amazement caused by your stunning set of qualities, we proceed to reach out for a short adjustment call (20 min). 

• Next station – technical interview. You'll get to know more about us and how great you'll fit in (60-90 min).

• Last but definitely not least – you'll meet up with a Hiring Manager to talk about you career path – the experience you both have and want to collect. We'll get to verify whether our company is the perfect fit for your development (60 min).
