Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and enable a self-organized team to work effectively and collaboratively. Your focus will be on team growth, vision alignment, and delivering high-value services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead agile software development projects, ensuring best DevSecOps practices
• Drive continuous improvements in security, quality, and service levels
• Partner with product managers and engineering leadership to guide planning and decision-making
• Foster a culture of excellence, mentoring engineers and shaping their career growth
• Ensure high availability and scalability, delivering cloud services with strict SLAs

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record of delivering software projects under demanding requirements
• Trusted coach to software engineers and strong partner to product management
• Experience leading software development teams with a focus on agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean)
• Hands-on software engineering experience (JVM technologies, scripting, etc.)
• Familiarity with high-throughput, low-latency, highly available cloud systems with 99.9%+ uptime SLAs
• Strong quality mindset and DevOps experience to enhance stability and throughput
• Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and openness to challenges
• Experience with NoSQL databases, big data frameworks (Spark, Flink, Presto), event-driven systems (Kafka) or GIS is a plus
