Senior Data Analyst, Marketing Analytics

About the role: What's in the Box
The service provider will contribute to the International Marketing Analytics group, acting as a specialized consultant for the growth-focused domains of the HelloFresh business. In this capacity, the external expert will focus on supporting primary stakeholders in decision-making processes, serving as a key point of contact for complex data and analytics inquiries. This service delivery requires high-level expertise in growth analytics and related technologies to drive measurable impact on global performance.
What you’ll do: The Recipe
Deliver actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns, channel targeting, and overall spend efficiency.
Translate complex business requirements into meaningful analytical frameworks for stakeholders across multiple growth channels.
Execute technical deliverables including ad-hoc insights, Lift Tests, A/B test analyses, and automated reporting/visualization.
Utilize various databases and programming languages to access, manipulate, and present the necessary data structures.
Provide technical guidance to improve group-wide growth analytics standards, delivering high-level insights across the organization.
Maintain responsibility for independent project delivery while engaging in active knowledge sharing with other analysts within the HelloTech ecosystem.
What you’ll bring: The Ingredients
Proven experience in Growth Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
5+ years of professional experience in data analytics and statistical modelling.
A degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
Technical proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta AA, ADH).
Demonstrated experience with growth marketing testing frameworks (lift tests, campaign analytics, channel efficiency, and A/B testing).
Expertise in SQL, Python, and BigQuery.
Advanced skills in building automated dashboards, specifically using Tableau.
Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques such as regression, clustering, and time series analysis.
Experience in managing and extracting value from large-scale datasets, including knowledge of common pitfalls.
Strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented, proactive mindset.
Ability to ensure independent service delivery within a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience providing technical guidance or managing small analytical workstreams is highly regarded.
