Concretely WorkflowTech owns the ServiceNow platform as well as Jira and Confluence. The job scope is in the ServiceNow Scrum Team.
As Senior Technology Specialist – Product Architect (ServiceNow), you are responsible for the end to end product architecture, technical direction, and quality of HEINEKEN’s ServiceNow platform. You ensure that ServiceNow platform is secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with HEINEKEN’s business strategy, global architecture standards, and long term roadmap.
You operate at the intersection of business, product, and technology, enabling product teams to deliver value at scale while safeguarding platform integrity. You are a trusted advisor for the global solution teams building their solutions on the ServiceNow product, and support the Product Owner and development team(s) in building and maintaining a highly-scalable, resilient and cost-effective ServiceNow platforms.
Your responsibilities would include:
being accountable for the end-to-end architecture, design, and technical quality of the ServiceNow platform
working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and end users to translate requirements into fit-for-purpose architectural solutions
defining, owning, and communicating the ServiceNow product architecture vision, principles, and roadmap in alignment with HEINEKEN Global Architecture
ensuring architectural alignment with enterprise standards, security, compliance, and platform governance
acting as the architectural authority and escalation point for ServiceNow-related design and delivery decisions
supporting product teams operating in Agile (SCRUM / Kanban) ways of working
ensuring a secure and stable ServiceNow environment through architecture governance of patching, upgrades, and instance migrations
maintaining a good understanding of CI/CD pipelines with respect to ServiceNow architecture
maintaining good knowledge of GenAI solutions (internal or external) with respect to usage in ServiceNow
contributing to cost efficiency and sustainability by guiding architectural decisions impacting total cost of ownership
steering and governing strategic partners from an architectural and quality perspective.
You are a good match if you have:
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with a strong focus on architecture or technical leadership
experience working in Agile product teams (SCRUM / Kanban)
solid understanding of not just ITSM but also SPM, IRM, HR, SecOps modules and platform best practices
experience operating in a complex, multinational enterprise environment
strong understanding of complex IT landscapes, integrations, and platform dependencies
working knowledge of application development technologies and integration patterns
strong stakeholder management and communication skills
ability to clearly convey architecture vision, decisions, and progress
excellent written and verbal English.
You are a perfect candidate if you also have:
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA or progressing towards CTA)
ITIL certifications (Managing Professional / Strategic Leader / Expert)
experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
experience governing platform upgrades, architectural review boards, or multi-instance strategies.
