As the IT Transition Architect in the Global deployment team, you will be a business facing individual responsible for the mapping of the technical landscape our OpCo’s across a variety of technologies to our global solutions that will be deployed towards that OpCo. You are also the custodian of global architecture and design principles. Being a technical SME to junior team members and business counterparts to drive a stable and scalable architecture.

Your responsibilities would include:

• technical activities: translating global architecture and strategies into regional and OpCo deployments; mapping integrations to outline how different systems and services will interact and ensuring seamless data flow; Setting the direction, from an architecture perspective, and contribute to the transition architecture for all products and dependencies in the OpCo; ensuring global architectural guardrails and guidelines are being followed; ensuring systems can handle growth and ensure optimal performance inside the local OpCo landscape
• documentation and knowledge transfer: being responsible to document and map the as is and to be architectures for our OpCo’s; supporting with proper knowledge transfer to service delivery and OpCo teams
• collaboration: colaborating with the Senior Solution Engineer to ensure appropriate architecture principles is in place and followed; collaborating with cross-functional teams to map the as is and to be architectures for our OpCo’s
• learning: beeing updated on emerging technologies and trends in key technologies in our landscape as it relates to architecture.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 8+ years of working experience in the similar position responsible for software architecture in large multi nationals
• at least 4-7 years of experience with many of the above-mentioned technologies architectures
• experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
• strong understanding of configuration management principles and practices
• strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• ability to learn new technologies fast
• ability to multitasking
• experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture
• excellent written and verbal English
• experience with Jira
• at least 3+ technologies of listed below depending on the product(s):
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE or F&O or Contact Centre)
• JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js)
• GraphQL / Apollo
• Loyalty Solutions (i.e. Epsilon)
• Payment platforms (i.e. process out)
• CTI Solutions (i.e. Genesys)
• SAP
• Middleware solutions (i.e. Boomi or MuleSoft)
• Azure DevOps.
