This role is a part of the Data Management Department, Digital & Technology Global Team (D&T) of HEINEKEN International.

As a Frontend Developer in Heineken’s Data Mapping team, you will be at the forefront of creating intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that empower users to manage and transform data across the organization. Your work will directly support Heineken’s data-driven initiatives by delivering seamless and engaging digital experiences.

Your responsibilities would include:

1. UI Development: Designing and implementing modern, responsive web interfaces using React and related technologies, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience for data mapping tools.
2. User-Centric Design: Collaborating with UX/UI designers, product owners, and business analysts to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
3. Component Architecture: Building reusable and scalable frontend components that align with design systems and support long-term maintainability.
4. Integration with Backend Services: Working closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow and interaction between frontend and backend systems.
5. Performance & Accessibility: Optimizing frontend performance and ensure compliance with accessibility standards to deliver inclusive and efficient user experiences.
6. Testing & Quality Assurance: Writing unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of frontend development practices.

You are a good candidate if you have:

1. 3+ years of frontend development experience
2. strong experience in frontend development with React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
3. familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design)
4. an understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating frontend applications with backend services
5. knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
6. experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
7. a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences
8. excellent written and verbal English.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

1. knowledge of data or network visualization libraries such as D3.js, Vis.js, or similar, especially in the context of representing complex data relationships visually
2. knowledge of Azure services.
