Your responsibilities would include:
- supporting Product Owner with facilitating the gathering, definition and prioritization of requirements with key stakeholders
- supporting Product Owner to define and own the value definition of Stories;
- working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate program and platform requirements
- supporting Product Owner to translates client’s business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents and use cases;
- completing the user stories with Acceptance Criteria
- working ahead of team to elicit requirements for the next Sprint's Stories
- providing discipline, rigor and technical skills to the requirements definition and validation process
- supporting Product Owner to engage stakeholders to ensure the Product Team is receiving necessary inputs
- ensuring consistency of the overall solution
- managing the quality of the solution and technical debt
- maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices; and evaluate them for applicability
- participates in the selection of new technologies
- is responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance)
- and any other task assigned by TL within the scope of functional responsibilities.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies
- a strong technical background with experience in one or more IT areas
- 5 years’ experience, in working with external vendors, resources and contracts
- 5 years’ experience of working with OpCo’s
- 3-5 years’ experience of working in agile teams in multi-cultural environments
- business acumen, process improvement and strategic thinking
- skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and financial modelling;
- experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles
- preferably experience with working in an Agile environment.
