ServiceNow Developer

Office Location: Poznań

Work Model: Hybrid (minimum one day a week in the office)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s Process Automation Team and participate in digital transformation across the organization. The team is a part of AI & Automation department and consists of experienced automation engineers from various professional backgrounds. The team owns company’s automation, task orchestration and RPA platforms.

Relevant tech stack for this role: ServiceNow, especially App Engine and Employee Center

Other technologies in the team: Camunda, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You develop digital solutions on the ServiceNow platform that contribute to automation of company’s business processes where use cases come from all parts of the organization with a current focus on supply chain, master data, finance and accounting

• You engage with internal product owners to understand their needs, model business processes and design automation solutions

• You further develop ServiceNow development setup including self-hosted Git repositories and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps pipelines

• Via reviews and pair-programming you ensure high quality of implementations, documentation and compliance with company’s best practices

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Computer Science or in a related field

• Good knowledge of general process automation concepts: BPM, RPA, hyperautomation

• Extensive work experience with ServiceNow, especially App Engine and Employee Center are a must

• Strong tech foundations including relational databases and working with APIs

• Written and spoken English

• Ability to work in a self-organizing environment and eagerness to continuously learn
