emagine is seeking a highly skilled Sales Cloud Product Owner to manage backlog and deliver key features specifically focused on Lead management, Pardot integration, and marketing campaign setups. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, while leading a dedicated offshore team consisting of two developers and one QA specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong autonomy and rigor in their work.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
- Setup marketing campaign strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of Pardot and other lead features.
- Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Lead team meetings and sprint planning sessions using Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate communication between offshore resources and internal teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within the two-quarter timeframe.
- Provide updates and reports to the Product Director regarding progress and challenges.
- Strong experience in Salesforce management.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and lead management features.
- Experience with Agile Scrum delivery methodology.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing offshore development teams is a plus.
