Senior Guidewire Developer

As the Guidewire Developer, you will be a key contributor to the implementation of various streams of Insurance platform projects. Collaborating with agile team members, you will play an integral role in achieving project and client goals, actively participating in Business Insurance Transformations. YOUR TASKS

• Work as an Application Developer, contributing to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects

• Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators to ensure seamless project execution

• Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

• Occasional travel to customer locations (once or twice per year) may be required for project-related activities

• Participate in organization-wide people initiatives as required

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in application development in Guidewire

• Knowledge or experience in ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and/or integration

• Understanding of JVM technologies or surrounding ecosystem (Java 8, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Application Servers, Enterprise Messaging Systems)

• Awareness of good coding practices, including Clean Code and Design Patterns

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other technical qualification

• Strong communication skills, with good verbal and written English

Nice to have:

• Working experience with Kotlin.

• Good German or French languge skills would be a strong asset.
