For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

SAP Solution Manager

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Location: 100% remote

Length: long term project

Start date: ASAP/ 1-month notice period is OK

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of SAP solution proposals for complex tenders and pre-sales activities.

• Manage functional and technical SAP architects and experts during offer creation, presentations, and workshops.

• Define and implement the proposal strategy (win strategy) and translate it into a high-level solution design (solution big picture).

• Orchestrate all solution components into a consistent description and implementation approach.

• Develop project plans based on SAP Activate and oversee cost estimation and bid calculation.

• Conduct presentations and workshops for customers.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams   

What We Expect:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP (pre-sales, consulting, or project roles).

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, conversions, migrations, and SAP trends (e.g., cloudification).

• Experience in international projects and working with nearshore/offshore teams.

• Ability to present proposals to decision-makers on the customer side.

• Fluent English and German (B2/C1).

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.

• Degree in IT, engineering, business informatics, or equivalent.
