SAP SD/CS Consultant

Location: remotely + business travels

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Length: long-term cooperation

Rate: 180-220 PLN/h net on B2B

Start date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and CS implementations and support, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP SD and CS module implementations, upgrades, and support activities

• Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP SD and CS solutions

• Configure SD processes (order management, pricing, billing) and CS processes (service orders, notifications, warranties)

• Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, WM)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless process optimization

• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders

• Troubleshoot and resolve SD and CS-related issues promptly

  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SD and CS module implementation and support

• Strong understanding of sales, distribution, and customer service processes

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
