Salesforce CRM Analyst

Location: remote (Poland)

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 12 months

Start date: ASAP/1 month
Rate: 70-120 pln/h (net+vat)

General information:

We are currently partnering with a key client — a global investment firm specialising in asset management and corporate financing. Operating across international markets, the company focuses on investments in private equity, credit, and real estate. Their Warsaw office serves as a strategic hub, supporting core business operations, advanced analytics, and reporting functions within the organisation.
They are looking for Salesforce Analyst to support the ongoing development, support and administration of client's Salesforce platform. Working closely with Global CRM Lead, this role will provide support to end users, deliver enhancements to the platform and work with users to drive adoption and data quality improvements

Tasks:

• Support Salesforce administration (user setup, basic configuration, data updates)

• Assist with configuration changes (fields, objects, reports, dashboards)

• Support requirements gathering and documentation of user stories

• Assist with testing (UAT support, defect tracking, validation)

• Monitor and improve data quality and support data uploads

• Provide end-user support and assist with training materials

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in Salesforce or related role

• Understanding of Salesforce

• Strong Excel and data analysis capability

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good spoken and written English

• Nice to have:

  • Higher Education in fields of computer science, mathematics or similar

  • Salesforce certification (or working towards)

  • Exposure to Agile delivery (user stories, backlog management)

  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, CRM Analytics)
