For our client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Sales/CRM Service

Location: Remote

Job type: B2B via Hays Poland

Length: 12 months

Start date: ASAP

We’re looking specialist to:

• maintenance of the D365 CRM online platform
• maintenance of the NAV Ticketing solution
• further development / customization of the NAV Ticketing solution

What we expect from you:

• very good knowledge of the D365 CRM online platform, focus on the Customer Service module
• sound practical experience with maintenance and customization of the M365 CRM Customer Service Module
• high commitment and taking ownership
• enjoy working in team
• excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• fluent English, communicative German is of an advantage
