Project Manager

The client is an international pharmaceutical company

Key details:

Location: 50/50 remote work/business trips within the Lublin province

Rate: 100–120 PLN/hour net + VAT (travel expenses covered by the client)

Employment type: B2B contract

Duration: min. 12 months + extensions (planned employment for 3 years)

Recruitment process: 2 stages (HR and technical)

English: B2+/C1 (Polish is also required)

Luxmed, MultiSport, equipment provided by the client

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic and operational projects for clients in line with company objectives

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes and improve customer service quality

• Implementing new procedures, laboratory systems, and IT platforms while ensuring their seamless integration

• Supporting sales and marketing teams in tenders and contributing to sales growth among clients

• Support collaboration with internal teams and external partners to strengthen expertise and strategy

• Work on several projects simultaneously; duration of a single project: 3 to 6 months

• Work in Agile/Waterfall/Kanban (depending on the project)

Projects related to assessing the feasibility of implementing automation in laboratories, e.g., evaluating the adaptability of facilities to the needs of automated laboratories, assessing the technical conditions of the premises, verifying utility connections, analyzing the existing building architecture, preparing cost estimates and assessing the costs/time required for modernization, preparing a work schedule and conducting training

Profile:

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Poland

• 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the medical or laboratory industry (business-oriented PM)

• Knowledge of and documented experience using planning tools

• College degree

• Proactive attitude, strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach (negotiations, budgeting, preparing and collecting bids, assigning responsibilities within the team, ensuring timeliness)

• Proven success in managing complex projects and cross-team collaboration

• Knowledge of hospital and laboratory organizational structures is a plus

• Leading end-to-end (greenfield) projects

• Collaboration with other project managers

• SM certification is a plus
