Software Developer (FullStack)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, user acceptance, and maintenance
• 
  
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
• 
  
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that provides exposure to all areas of Finance
• 
  
• Develop detailed technical specifications, high-level and low-level designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans
• 
  
• Facilitate and design process workflows, data requirements, and functional specifications to support business objectives
• 
  
• Explore and integrate new and emerging technologies aligned with project needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• 
  
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a solid foundation in core programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and system design
• 
  
• Strong programming experience in at least one compiled language (e.g., Java, C++)
• 
  
• Full-stack development experience using industry-standard frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Spring Boot, DropWizard, Maven, RESTful web services)
• 
  
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• 
  
• Proficiency with relational and columnar SQL databases, including database design
• 
  
• Experience in continuous delivery and deployment environments
• 
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused global team
• 
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly engage stakeholders both verbally and in writing
• 
  
• Preferably experienced in managing small to mid-sized teams
