Linux Support Engineer

Linux Support Engineer (Jr / Mid)

Salary: 14 000 - 20 000 PLN gross (employment at international finance sector company)

Location: Warsaw (hybrid: 3 days in office per week)

Tasks:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux servers and related hardware and software
• Monitor and solve Linux-related tickets (including RCA)
• Manage AD integrated authentication on Linux
• Manage Ansible playbooks for Linux environments
• Cooperate with other teams
• Manage documentation

Requirements:

• 1+ years of working experience in Linux administration
• Good knowledge of Red Hat (RHEL)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
• Experience in scripting - e.g. in Bash, Python
• Some experience with remote mounts, storage, local disk management, Active Directory and authentication
• General understanding of network fundamentals
• Familiarity with Ansible (is desirable)
• Experience in corporate or semi-corporate environment, especially in finance or fintech sector (is desirable)
• Fluent in English (C1)
