Tasks:

• Take over the leadership role for the cross-team QA Community of Practice.

• Support QAs in communication with internal/external stakeholders and set priorities.

• Design, build, and maintain automated tests (Java, Selenium, Cucumber).

• Improve automation practices, perform code reviews, and share best practices.

• Manage test coverage KPIs and reduce manual regression backlog.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in test automation and 1+ year in a leadership role (QA Lead/Community Lead).

• Programming experience in Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.

• Proficiency in API and Frontend testing.

• Solid knowledge of BDD and Gherkin driven methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins) and Agile (Scrum, XP).

• Experience with Performance testing.

• Practical knowledge of DevOps principles.

• Strong background in exploratory testing and manual testing theory.

Language: Fluent in English (technical and business).

Must be allowed to work on B2B in Poland.
