Head of Digital Engineering (integration & automation)

For our client, an international company, a financial services provider for SMEs, we are looking for:

Head of Digital Engineering (integration & automation)

Warsaw (min. 2 days in office per week)

Employment only

Salary: 30 000 – 36 400 PLN gross / month

Responsibilities:

• Leading team responsible for integration, automation, part of DevOps and AI (mainly Power Platform and Azure integration tools)

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable integration and automation solutions on Azure environments

• Champion optimal use of Agile and DevOps practices for integration and automation

• Cooperate with Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and external solutions/services providers

• Establish and maintain robust operational and support arrangements

• Define, implement and monitor suitable performance metrics for integration and automation

• Ensure solutions comply with internal standards

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders

• Champion the use and adoption of technology

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in leading technical teams

• Experience in managing delivery of successful software integration, process automation (RPA/BPM) or software development

• Experience in software integration, process automation or software development

• Background in coding, integration or low-code / RPA

• Experience with Microsoft environments and Azure cloud

• DevOps, Agile and AI awareness

• Nice to have: knowledge of Power Platform, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, API, MQ, DevOps engineering and AI, financial/fintech sector experience

• Fluent in English
