BPM Software Engineer

For our client, an international company of financial sector, we are looking for:

BPM Software Engineer

Warsaw (3 days in office per week)

Employment agreement (Private life insurance, Private medical and dental care, Private pension scheme)

Tasks:

• Be a contributing member of BPM team

• Design, develop, and implement Appian-based BPM solutions to meet business requirements

• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, IT teams and business teams

• Integrate AI and RPA technologies

• Develop and maintain Appian applications

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practice

• Provide technical guidance and support to juniors

• Manage technical documentation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in BPM development (preferably with Appian)

• Knowledge of SDLC

• Experience integrating business workflow with various technology platforms

• Communication skills

• Nice to have: SAIL, Java, JavaScript

• Fluent in English (B2+)
