What’s the position?
As a Technical Lead, you will drive technical delivery and cross-team coordination to ensure successful product vision outcomes. You will oversee three critical pods: Player Success (focused on player experience, support systems, and engagement tools), Promos and Rewards (handling promotional campaigns, bonus systems, and reward mechanics), and Loyalty and Engagement (managing player retention programs, VIP systems, and long-term engagement features). This role focuses on technical coordination, delivery excellence, compliance and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Delivery
Coordinate technical delivery and manage dependencies across multiple pods
Create and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with product strategy
Guide teams in making informed technical decisions and implementing standards
Review technical approaches and architecture decisions
Drive estimation processes and manage delivery timelines
Monitor project progress and address technical bottleneck
Ensure documentation of technical decisions and system architecture
Stakeholder & Process Management
Work with Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide regular updates to leadership on delivery progress and risks
Establish and maintain delivery processes and best practices
Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements
Drive continuous improvement in development practices
Coordinate with Operations teams on release management
Job requirements
What are we looking for?
5+ years of software development experience
3+ years of technical leadership experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Proven track record of successful technical delivery
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
Excellence in stakeholder communication and management
Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of software architecture principles and cloud technologies
Strong background in modern development practices, tools, and DevOps
Security best practices and compliance requirements experience
