👉 Essential competencies:
🔹 Design, execute, and maintain performance tests (load, stress, soak) for key system components.
🔹 Develop and manage test scripts using Apache JMeter.
🔹 Model performance scenarios reflecting real user workloads (e.g., transactions per second – TPS).
🔹 Execute and optimize performance tests in Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
🔹 Monitor system metrics (CPU, memory, network) using Azure-native tools and dashboards.
🔹 Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
🔹 Prepare detailed reports with findings, recommendations, charts, and KPIs.
🔹Collaborate with development, architecture, and DevOps teams to support performance-related improvements.
👉 Requirement:
🔹 Solid experience in performance testing for enterprise-scale systems.
🔹 Expertise with JMeter for load and performance testing.
🔹 Scripting/programming skills
🔹 Hands-on experience running performance tests in Microsoft Azure.
🔹 Good understanding of performance metrics
🔹 Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
🔹 Ability to clearly communicate findings and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
🔹 Experience documenting performance results and recommendations.
Nice to have
🔹 Experience with Azure monitoring tools
🔹 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests into automated workflows.
🔹 Experience testing microservices and APIs (REST/SOAP).
🔹 Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
