👉 Who are we looking for

We’re seeking a skilled Senior Java Engineer with a passion for creating clean, efficient, and scalable code. If you enjoy working on impactful projects with a team of talented professionals, this role is for you!

👉 Requirements:

🔹 Strong knowledge of Java 8+ and backend development experience,

🔹 Awareness of Clean Code principles,

🔹 Hands-on experience with Spring + Spring Boot,

🔹 Proficiency in unit testing,

🔹 Familiarity with Git for version control,

🔹 Experience with Maven build systems,

🔹 Strong database and ORM skills,

🔹 Cloud awareness and experience with platforms like Azure,

🔹 At least 5 years of professional experience in software development,

🔹 Great level of English (B2 minimum).

👉 Nice to haves:

🔹 Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/D) concepts and tools,

🔹 Experience with data modeling, including relational and hierarchical models,

🔹 Proficiency in API design and architecture awareness,

🔹 Expertise in messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, Service Bus),

🔹 Knowledge of design patterns, concurrency, and performance tuning,

🔹 Hands-on experience with observability, logging, and resilience patterns,

🔹 Familiarity with horizontal scaling and distributed systems,

🔹 Experience with Spring Framework modules such as Spring Web (REST), Spring Integration, Spring Cloud Stream, and Spring Data (JDBC, JPA, Redis),

🔹 Proficiency in Azure-specific technologies, including Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, Blob storage, and Serverless (Functions, Logic Apps),

🔹 Understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO boards) and CI/CD practices,

🔹 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
