Haddad Brands, a leading provider of children's apparel and accessories for iconic global brands such as Nike, Levi's, and Jordan, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. Our main projects are Demand Planning, Global Ordering, B2B, Digital Assets and PLM (Product Lifetime Management). 3D design, Machine Learning, AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Systems: Analyze, enhance, and support ERP systems to align with business processes and improve efficiency.
Task Writing for Development: Develop clear and detailed requirements for software development and report/analytical tool creation.
Data Integration: Lead data integration projects, ensuring seamless communication and functionality across systems.
Global Collaboration: Work flexibly with New York-based colleagues to maintain alignment on projects and objectives.
Analytics and Reporting: Collaborate on creating tools and reports that provide actionable business insights.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate setting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Strong background in writing and managing tasks for software development and analytical tool/report creation. (Confluence, Jira)
Familiarity with data integration projects, including data mapping, ETL processes, and system interoperability.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues in different time zones.
English on C1 level preferable
Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
