We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator responsible for maintaining the M365 environment, providing user support, and managing backup solutions. This role also includes administration and support of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft Fabric. The person in this position will support both end users and initiatives related to automation and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administration of Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD, Fabric)
• Handling user requests (2nd/3rd line support) – troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Managing and testing Microsoft 365 backups (backup/restore)
• Administration of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, basic Power BI)
• Basic administration of Microsoft Fabric (workspaces, access control, monitoring)
• Supporting data and reporting initiatives
• Automating administrative tasks using PowerShell
• Collaborating with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Fabric / Power BI (workspaces, access, reporting)
• PowerShell skills (automation, scripting)
• Experience with M365 backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, AvePoint, Commvault or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and user-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, PL-900, DP-600, AZ-104)
• Experience with Microsoft Defender / Security & Compliance
• Knowledge of Intune / device management
• Experience building Power Apps or Power Automate flows
• Understanding of data modeling and analytics (Power BI / Fabric)

- Introductory meeting (main) - one hour - teleconference with me and the head of the IT department in Polish. We can switch to English for a moment to check your skills level. During this meeting, we also discuss substantive topics on both sides.
- Second meeting (a week after the first conversation, unless we agree otherwise) - in case of mutual interest, we finalize the substantive and employment details
