Senior Quality Engineer

Senior QA Engineer leasd testing efforts for projects, mentors  junior QA engineers, and actively contributes to the enhancement of testing frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases for assigned features or modules, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.

• Contribute to test planning activities, collaborating with QA leads and project managers to estimate effort, define testing milestones, and align QA activities with project timelines.

• Perform test analysis, reviewing requirements, creating test plans, and executing test cases to identify and report defects, contributing to the overall quality of the software.

• Participate in test automation efforts, assisting in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.

• Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall test automation strategy.

• Contribute to the test automation strategy, identifying opportunities for automation, developing automated test scripts, and collaborating with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

Min requirements:

• Test automation, 3+ years

• Test case/plan creation from Jira stories

• Strong Python coding ability

• Pytest framework (or other python test frameworks)

• SQL, MySQL (or other relational db experience)

• Rest API & Selenium UI Testing

Would be a plus:

• Robot framework experience
