Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Scala + Spark)

Essential functions:

• Research & Development: Design, develop, and implement advanced deep learning models for predictive and discriminative tasks.
• Deep Neural Network Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in building and optimizing complex neural network architectures.
• Data Engineering Support: Contribute to data collection and processing utilizing Scala and Spark.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize model training throughput and efficiency.
• Deployment & Infrastructure: Assist with Kubernetes deployment and related infrastructure tasks.

Qualifications:

• Extensive professional experience in researching and building powerful predictive/discriminative deep neural networks.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy complex deep learning models.
• Experience with data processing and ideally experience with Scala/Spark.
• Experience with model training throughput tuning.
• Experience with Kubernetes and related deployment procedures

Would be a plus:

• PhD in Machine Learning with publications in top-tier conferences and journals.
• Background in music technology, music computing, or digital signal processing.
• Publication record in scientific journals.
