For our client we are looking for GenAI Expert.
Client is the emerging leader in the $100B+ cloud communications platform market. Customers like Airbnb, Viber, Whatsapp, Snapchat, and many others depend on client's APIs and SDKs to connect with their customers all over the world. As businesses continue to shift to a real-time, customer-centric communications model, they are experiencing a time of impressive growth.
We are seeking a visionary and pragmatic GenAI Enablement Lead to spearhead the adoption, integration, and governance of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies across our engineering organization. This role is instrumental in unlocking developer productivity, enhancing internal tooling, and embedding AI capabilities into our internal development platform and engineering workflows.
As the GenAI Enablement Lead, you will collaborate with engineering, security, product, legal, and compliance teams to drive impactful GenAI use cases. You will lead experimentation efforts, define best practices, evangelize and scale successful solutions organization-wide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategy to drive GenAI enablement across the engineering organization by leading a cross-functional community focused on experimentation, knowledge sharing, and adoption of Generative AI tools and practices.
Identify and prioritize use cases that drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and developer experience.
Define the roadmap for GenAI tools, integrations, and internal accelerators.
Evaluate and pilot GenAI tools, models, and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
Build and maintain prototypes, plugins, and integrations with internal platforms (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, IDEs, generation of documentation and tests, code reviews, bug fixing).
Design and run training, workshops, and documentation to empower engineers to use GenAI responsibly and effectively.
Champion safe and compliant GenAI usage, including prompt engineering patterns, model selection, and usage guidelines.
Collect feedback and metrics to iterate on tools and practices.
Define and promote GenAI usage policies in collaboration with security, legal, and compliance teams.
Establish governance models for data privacy, model usage, and ethical AI practices.
Stay abreast of GenAI trends and assess emerging technologies for potential adoption.
Represent the company in external forums, communities, or conferences on AI enablement topics.

Strong technical foundation in APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and programming languages (Python, Go, etc.).
Experience integrating with GenAI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, CoPilot).
Desirable:
Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD, developer portals, and internal platform tools.
Knowledge of security and compliance considerations around AI (e.g., data leakage, model risk).
Experience with prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems.
Prior experience in a developer enablement, DevEx, or productivity engineering role.
