Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails + React)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL, and AWS.

• Build a self-service platform for promotion launches, enabling business teams to operate independently.

• Ensure platform SOX compliance with built-in audit controls.

• Integrate the solution with internal enterprise systems.

• Contribute to long-term platform maintenance, scalability, and future enhancements.

• Collaborate with a distributed team (5–15 engineers) and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Min requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React.

• Strong knowledge of GraphQL and RESTful APIs.

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Experience working in distributed teams.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Would be a plus:

• Background in Ecommerce or Marketing Tech.

• Experience building platforms with compliance requirements (e.g., SOX).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
