Senior Full Stack Developer (Python/TypeScript)

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python/TypeScript) to join a new analytics and communication platform initiative in Poland.

You’ll help design, integrate, and optimize conversational AI experiences powered by Dialogflow and Gemini (Vertex AI) — enabling seamless interaction between users and businesses across multiple digital channels. This role combines hands-on development with technical advocacy, working closely with global engineering teams to create scalable, intelligent communication solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team, including conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence in software development practices

• Write high-quality, maintainable code for critical components, features, or modules of the software application, while also contributing to the overall codebase and enforcing coding standards and best practices

• Analyze and solve complex technical problems, including performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and system failures, through systematic debugging, root cause analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Refactoring and improving existing codebase to enhance maintainability, extensibility, and readability, while also identifying and addressing technical debt and legacy code issues

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and best practices guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing, onboarding, and collaboration within the team

• Ensure the overall quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing practices, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests, as well as promoting a culture of testing and quality assurance within the team

Min requirements:

• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub

• Working knowledge of Dialogflow CX/ES, webhooks, and Gemini (Vertex AI) integration for conversational experiences

• Hands-on experience with Node.js / TypeScript and/or Python

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and JSON-based webhooks

• Ability to produce clear, engaging developer documentation, such as tutorials, samples, or demo videos

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Gemini function calling, Vertex AI Studio, and prompt engineering

• Knowledge of rich messaging APIs, such as RBM, WhatsApp Business, or Apple Business Messages
