Grid Dynamics is looking for an experienced Senior Big Data and MLOps Architect to join our global team. In this role, you will lead transformative engagements with Fortune 1000 clients, drive innovation in data platforms and MLOps, and contribute to building our Data Engineering and MLOps practice across the USA, Europe, and Asia.

What You'll Do
- Strategize Solutions: Advise clients on data strategies, platforms, and cutting-edge tools to accelerate their Big Data and AI initiatives. Estimate business value and build cases for investment.
- Lead Consulting Engagements: Drive pre-sales efforts, architecture assessments, and workshops for Fortune 1000 enterprises. Plan and execute data engineering, MLOps, and LLMOps programs alongside a team of senior consultants, engineers, and architects.
- Develop the Practice: Mentor senior technologists, create consulting methodologies, and foster relationships with technology partners and industry analysts.
- Shape Technology Strategy: Develop reusable assets for data engineering, MLOps, IoT, and Customer 360 solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and differentiate Grid Dynamics. Collaborate with sales and marketing to take these innovations to market.
- Ensure Excellence in Delivery: Work with delivery teams to optimize tools, technologies, and processes, improving quality and efficiency for client data platforms and management systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in Big Data engineering, cloud data platforms, and data governance.
- Expertise in AI/ML platforms, MLOps, and LLMOps, with knowledge of open-source, cloud-native, and proprietary tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data collection, aggregation, reporting, and BI.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering complex analytical and data engineering programs at an enterprise scale.
- Domain expertise in at least one industry (Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Energy, or Travel) and experience with IoT or Customer 360 solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior-level teams, drive practice development, and support pre-sales and delivery efforts in a consulting environment.
- Experience advising global technology and business leaders on data strategy and innovation.
Technical Skills
- Cloud Platforms: Strong expertise with one platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and familiarity with others.
- Data Engineering: Data lakes, EDW, Spark, Flink, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, data governance, and data mesh.
- MLOps and LLMOps: Vertex AI, Sagemaker, Dataiku, Databricks, LLM fine-tuning, Ray.io.
- Databases: Redis, Ignite, Cassandra, MongoDB.
