Quality Engineer Performance (QA Performance)

We are seeking a Senior QA Performance Engineer with a strong and specialized skill set. The ideal candidate independently plans and executes performance testing, identifies and reports performance issues, analyzes system bottlenecks, and contributes to the continuous improvement of performance testing processes and overall product quality. The person will lead testing efforts for projects, mentors  junior QA engineers, and actively contributes to the enhancement of testing frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases for assigned features or modules, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.

• Contribute to test planning activities, collaborating with QA leads and project managers to estimate effort, define testing milestones, and align QA activities with project timelines.

• Perform test analysis, reviewing requirements, creating test plans, and executing test cases to identify and report defects, contributing to the overall quality of the software.

• Develop and execute moderately complex performance test scenarios based on provided requirements.Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks in applications and systems.

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure/operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

Min requirements:

• Competent level in Computer Science, Architecture and design patterns

• Competent level in Programming languages (Java/Python)

• Competent level in Development processes, including Build automation, Code review and Unit testing

• Competent level in IT Operations

• Competent level in Quality Assurance:- Test Design and Test Data Management- Bug Hunting and Bug Tracking- Testing doubles- API, Performance Testing Tools and Master in Performance Testing
