About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Leading the testing process within the team, estimating risks and testing efforts, planning and prioritizing testing activities;
• Performing functional, non-functional, and regression testing;
• Developing and implementing QA standards, processes, and best practices in testing to ensure product quality and reliability;
• Maximizing test coverage, preparing and maintaining test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports;
• Designing, writing, and executing automated tests;
• Analyzing requirements and communicating with stakeholders for clarification;
• Conducting root cause analysis of bugs and proposing preventive measures to improve product quality;
• Conducting bug triage meetings and managing the bug backlog;
• Handling testing processes during releases;
• Collaborating proactively and communicating daily with the QA team, developers, PM, product managers, and stakeholders;
• Mentoring new QA employees, providing guidance and support in everyday work.

Essential professional experience:

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in web testing;
• Proficiency in different testing types and methods, including functional, performance, and regression testing;
• Strong knowledge of REST API testing and tools such as Postman or similar;
• Good SQL knowledge for database testing;
• Automation testing experience using JavaScript, Cypress (or similar with a desire to pickup JS+Cypress);
• Hands-on experience with test management and bug reporting tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail);
• Сonsiderable experience in creating test plans, test strategies, creating and executing test cases;
• Spoken and written Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate level or above).

• Demonstrate good analytical skills, attention to details, willingness to take responsibility, show initiative;
• Show good problem-solving skills;
• The ability to work under tight deadlines and unclear requirements.
