Active Directory Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate for an Active Directory Engineer position. This position performs the administration of the AzureAD /ActiveDirectory(AD) platform with a global reach with several different OpCos. Individuals will require skills that can be used to implement, sustain, and maintain the AD / AzureAD platform.

Your responsibilities

• Provide hands-on experience in the evaluation, development and implementation of world-class Active Directory / AzureAD solutions that comply with industry best practices
• Deliver technically sound IAM solutions that are compatible with the business needs of the enterprise while meeting the team's strategic objectives
• Working with other IT organizations in the design, development and implementation of Azure AD / Active Directory solutions as a SME in the IAM space
• As an individual contributor, responsible for providing direct support for going product development, testing, and knowledge transfer of production ready solutions
• Responsible for supporting core user directories including AD, Azure AD, and LDAP technologies
• Provide technical support to the Security Operations team for the day-to-day management of IAM solutions
• Mentoring support and technical assistance to junior team members to continuous development, internal talent and provide adequate support within
• Resolve Windows operating system-related issues
• Manage, migrate, upgrade, demote, and decommission domain controllers
• Policy monitoring and compliance
• Be accountable and able to demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Responsible for implementing IAM solutions that leverage load balancers, clustering, high availability, and disaster recovery technologies
• Responsible for awareness and implementation expertise involving certificate management, SSL handshaking, and encryption technologies while integrating IAM solutions
• Responsible for documenting and updating SOP's and transferring knowledge to other team members
• Identify operational issues while recommending and implementing AIM solutions within the overall strategic direction
• Experience with access management policies and procedures

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in network engineering, information security, computer science or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience administering a global AD / Azure AD implementation to include deployment, sustainment, and maintenance
• Experience working with the company, client, and/or equivalent vendor-mandated methodology
• Eexcellent technical skills in Windows Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure AD connect
• Knowledge on AAD Connect Synchronization rules, Delta Synchronization, Full Synchronization, Microsoft, and On-premises Connectors
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting group policy
• Basic knowledge on API, Graph API's
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience with PowerShell
• Working experience on various authentication protocols SSO, MFA and identity protocols SAML, OIDC, SSL, API Key, Basic Auth, OAuth
• Basic knowledge on MFA management, conditional Access
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Spanish or French
