We’re Gorrion - a software house that has been building custom web and mobile applications since 2009. We work on products end-to-end: from initial idea and first wireframes to launch, scaling, and long-term development. We create SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and backend systems that genuinely support our clients’ businesses. What you’ll be doing 💻

• Leading the development of a large internal platform for one of our clients. The system supports inventory management, trading operations, and invoicing processes.

• Working closely with developers and stakeholders to turn business ideas into clear development plans and deliverable features.

• Planning scope, priorities, and timelines while keeping the team focused on delivering working solutions.

• Running projects in Agile and Fixed Price delivery models, depending on the project phase and client needs.

• Maintaining regular communication with the client and making sure expectations stay aligned with delivery.

• Identifying risks early and removing blockers so the team can keep moving forward.

• Supporting the team in improving collaboration, delivery flow, and overall project quality.

• The role is initially planned for a few months, with a strong possibility of extending the collaboration if the project continues as expected.

What we’re looking for 🔍

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing software development projects (Mid /Senior).

• Experience delivering projects in Agile and Fixed Price models.

• Background in a software house, agency, or product-focused environment.

• Good understanding of how development teams work and how to translate business requirements into clear tasks and priorities.

• Ability to work closely with developers and clients without heavy processes or unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Strong ownership mindset – you care about delivering results, not just managing tickets.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.

• English at C1 level – regular communication with international clients.

• Availability to partially work in US time zones when needed.

• Fluent Polish.
