About the job
Web Solutions Engineers at Google are full-stack developers who designs, builds, and improves internal web applications to streamline Google's business operations. They handle large datasets and complex issues, utilising expertise in frontend and backend development, data pipelines, and performance optimisation. Their role involves collaborating with teams to understand needs, building tools with various technologies, and continuously seeking innovative ways to improve processes using the latest technologies. They act as a bridge between technical solutions and business needs, contributing to smoother and more efficient operations within Google.

Responsibilities
- Responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interest, and skills.
Minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in the EMEA region, and in your penultimate/final year of education.
- Relevant practical or internship experience working in full stack software development; with front end (e.g. JavaScript or Typescript), and back end (e.g. Java, Python or C++).
- Relevant practical or internship experience working with database technologies (e.g. SQL, NoSQL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to complete a minimum 13 week full-time internship in Poland between May - October 2025.
- Relevant practical or internship experience in technical project management, technical stakeholder management, and non-technical stakeholder management.
