Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations Lead, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
• Experience with operational support of account planning territory planning and business pipeline review.
• Experience with regionally executing a globally developed business operations strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience supporting the communication, training, and monitoring of business operational changes, with a focus on driving adoption and measuring impact.
• Experience analyzing business processes and performance data to provide actionable insights and assess the operational impact of potential changes.
• Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies.
• Ability to contribute to the design and implementation of business process and system changes, including identifying integration points and updates.
• Ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

As a Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a change landing and operational execution strategy and plan with the goal of maximizing field adoption of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategic priority initiatives within Google Cloud. You will have to create a change management strategy and operational execution landing plan.

Responsibilities

• Execute a globally developed business operations strategy and provide operational support for the business pipeline process.
• Provide communication, training and monitoring of business operational changes.
• Create a change impact assessment that addresses systems, process, and job role impact.
• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. Evaluate and ensure field readiness.
• Define success measures, track and report adoption, and monitor change progress.
