    At its core, the Deployment Strategist role centers around using data in operational and real-world action. Our customers come to us with a hunch that the only way to predict sales, manufacture high-quality products, structure effective healthcare policies, or deliver products and services safely is to make better use of their data. Deployment Strategists are responsible for turning that hunch into reality.


    As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment Strategists to deploy software against the most exciting problems our world faces. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into an understanding of what the most important problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.


    The Role

    • Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand the critical questions they need to answer and locate their biggest problems
    • Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows
    • Assume end-to-end responsibility for leading AI solution implementation and advisory projects, coordinating with both technical and business stakeholders,
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business, products, services, operating model, and external environment to contribute effectively to discussions about AI-related opportunities,
    • Identify resource needs, including team skills and size during the project development time and while preparing project proposals, scoping, and other preparatory stages,
    • Track project performance to anticipate potential risks, take proactive measures to address them, and manage communication comprehensively; strive to exceed client expectations by delivering projects that not only meet but often exceed quality standards,
    • Establish efficient communication among all project stakeholders and team members, including client partners, technical leads, and the delivery team; collaborate closely with the client in an agile manner, ensuring precise project requirements collection, and effective cooperation,
    • Manage people effectively, conduct 1-on-1 meetings, foster a culture of professional excellence and continuous learning within the project team and direct reports. Your focus should be on building strong relationships and trust,
    • Embed with our Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate what you saw in the field into cross-AICONIC product offerings
    • Display readiness to get involved in recruitment and process improvement initiatives.
    • Driven, goal-oriented, and proven record of delivery.
    • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience in delivering effective presentations to senior executives.
    • Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to travel 25 – 50% required. Varies by location and team
    • Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers
    • Scope out potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations around the world

    What is Required

    The ideal candidate is an experienced individual with:

    • Ca. 2 years of experience in technical or management consultancy within reputable firms, preferably in strategic consulting, digital transformation, or AI/ML,
    • Proven track record in managing technical consultancy projects, ensuring delivery with a full understanding of clients’ needs and creation of tailored strategies,
    • Perfect communication skills and ability to convince clients to optimal solutions
    • Proficiency in project resource management, risk mitigation, and effective communication,
    • Commitment to delivering superior service quality and creating continuous value for clients,
    • Strong leadership skills honed by fostering a culture of professional growth, excellence, and integrity within teams,
    • Curiosity and a strong understanding of clients’ business, opportunities, and challenges, acting as a credible advisor; entrepreneurial mindset, adept at identifying new opportunities and articulating AI-based solutions’ value for clients; keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the AI/ML field is a strong plus,
    • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with an ability to connect with diverse stakeholders, including executive-level ones (Director, VP, or C-level).
