Job description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in deploying workspace or similar technologies for customers.
  • 3 years of experience in client-facing projects/troubleshooting with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with and promoting SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS platforms.
  • Experience in deploying or managing Cloud productivity solutions at enterprise level including the typical mail, networking, security, IAM, DLP and integration concepts.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing and working with external partners/customers.
  • Experience in scripting in low code/no code solutions such as appscript/appssheet.
  • Experience with IT security practices such as identity and access management, Security and data protection, encryption, certificate and key management.
  • Experience assessing and delivering solutions that meet regional compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, written, presentation and problem solving skills.

As a Conversational AI Cloud Consultant, you will work with Google Cloud’s strategic customers on projects that transform business. You will contribute to Google’s innovations on the delivery of Conversational AI solutions for our customers and partners. You will design virtual agent solutions to enable digital transformation for our customers, build conversational interfaces, co-develop virtual agent solutions with Google partners, and work with Google’s Cloud AI Engineering teams to build and drive excellence in our products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead virtual agent development engagements with strategic Google Cloud partners and customers, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and addressing deployment needs.
  • Design engaging conversational interfaces for Contact Center AI (CCAI).
  • Work with internal specialists, Product, and Engineering teams to package approaches, best practices, and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
  • Interact with Sales, Partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks and issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes.
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time for client engagements.
