Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture and technical design for a new CRM Sales solution. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), particularly in Sales, and strong hands-on experience integrating Azure, Office 365, and the Power Platform within an Agile delivery environment.

Project scope:

• Define and own the overall architecture for Dynamics 365 Sales in alignment with Scrum delivery goals
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) as the key technical stakeholder
• Lead discovery phases, requirements refinement, and solution design in collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts
• Design scalable, secure, and integrated solutions using D365, Azure services, Office 365, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Ensure alignment of the solution with enterprise architecture standards and Microsoft best practices
• Collaborate closely with functional Scrum teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Provide architectural guidance during development and rollout phases
• Maintain detailed solution documentation and contribute to sprint deliverables

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with successful Sales implementations
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in Scrum-based CRM projects
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in Agile teams
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience in German
• Optional: In-depth knowledge of Azure integration
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure are a plus
