Full Stack AI Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack AI Developer passionate about AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering to join our Data & Invoicing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to drive the development of reusable AI components, enhance business processes using cutting-edge solutions, and lead the responsible integration of advanced models into our production systems.

What you will be doing:

• Write clean, maintainable code in Python for cloud-native environments.

• Architect, develop, and support backend components using Django/FastAPI and frontend modules with React and TypeScript.

• Package advanced AI features (retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, agents) into efficient, reusable modules.

• Build robust model evaluation pipelines, including benchmarking for quality, latency, and safety.

• Promote Responsible AI practices, including comprehensive logging, tracing, and risk management.

• Seamlessly integrate LLMs, embeddings, and RAG techniques into essential business workflows.

• Analyze and optimize company processes using AI and traditional technologies, always focusing on measurable business value.

• Leverage OpenAI APIs and implement highly structured prompt engineering solutions.

• Test, deploy, and monitor systems and applications with Microsoft Azure.

• Ensure high system performance and proactively resolve issues.

• Serve as an expert on the system and provide technical support to internal teams.

• Collaborate within a Kanban-based squad, prioritizing quality assurance and strong CI/CD practices.

• Foster best engineering practices through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Python, modern cloud architectures, and related tools.

• At least 2 years of experience working with SQL Server.

• Demonstrated proficiency in frontend development with React and TypeScript.

• Experience with Django and FastAPI frameworks.

• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and modern retrieval techniques.

• Proficiency with OpenAI APIs and prompt engineering for reliable structured outputs.

• Strong grasp of core software engineering principles, clean architecture, and API design.

• Expertise in deploying and managing containerized applications on Microsoft Azure.

• Deep understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, and scalable development patterns.

• Familiarity with AI tools, libraries, and third-party integrations is a plus.

• Proven track record in optimizing processes using both AI and traditional solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach.

• Experience working in Agile or Kanban teams, committed to best practices in software development.

• Professional fluency in English.
